We understand that accidents happen! Here's what you need to know:

Complimentary Reweld (Within 30 Days)

• If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, your first reweld is FREE with proof of purchase.

• Limited to one complimentary reweld per purchased piece.

• Any additional repairs or rewelds will be subject to our standard repair fees.

Standard Repair Pricing

• $10 — Jewelry purchased from Earth Bloom Creations with proof of purchase.

• $15 — Jewelry purchased elsewhere or without proof of purchase.

All repairs and rewelds are subject to the condition of the jewelry.

Not at all! The welding process is quick, safe, and painless. The welding tool never touches your skin.

3. Can I shower or swim with my permanent jewelry?

Yes! Our gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry is designed for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. However, we recommend rinsing your jewelry after exposure to chlorine or saltwater. Our seasonal gold-plated chains require extra care and should be kept away from chlorine and saltwater when possible.

4. Does permanent jewelry tarnish?

Our gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry is made for long-lasting wear, but some natural changes may occur over time.

• Gold-Filled: Highly resistant to tarnishing and fading with proper care. It's a great option for everyday wear!

• Sterling Silver: May naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals. However, it can easily be cleaned and polished to restore its shine!

6. Can permanent jewelry be removed?

Absolutely! Permanent jewelry can be removed at any time by carefully cutting the small connecting jump ring. If you save your chain, we may be able to reweld it later!

7. What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Of course! We offer a variety of charms and connectors to personalize your jewelry. Please note that charms and additional customizations are priced separately.

10. Do I need an appointment?

You don't need an appointment to shop with us at our pop-up events! However, private appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We are based in Austell, GA, and appointment details will be provided after booking.

Absolutely! We offer one-on-one appointments with no minimum purchase or guest requirement. Whether you're treating yourself or getting linked with a friend, we'd love to see you!

Yes! We bring the Earth Bloom experience to you! Our private parties are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, and special celebrations.

Private parties require:

• $75 event fee

• $100 booking deposit

• Minimum of 5 paying guests

• Minimum combined jewelry purchase of $325

The $100 deposit is refunded once both the guest and purchase minimums are met.

13. Do you charge a travel fee for private parties?

Travel within 20 miles is complimentary! Events beyond 20 miles may require an additional travel fee based on location.

14. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and cash.

15. Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?

Yes! Most permanent jewelry is small enough that it typically does not need to be removed during airport security screenings.

16. What if I need an MRI or medical procedure?

Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions. Some medical procedures require jewelry to be removed. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, carefully cut the connecting jump ring and save your chain for a future reweld.

17. How do I care for my permanent jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Gently clean with mild soap and water when appropriate for the material.

• Avoid pulling, tugging, or snagging your jewelry.

• Rinse gold-filled and sterling silver pieces after swimming.
